Bikes and Beers invades Eli Cannon's

This will the 4th installment of the venerable Bikes and Beers Series and the first event held at Eli Cannon's in Middletown. This event will be coinciding with Pedal Power's annual end of year party to celebrate another great season of their Monday night road rides.  The CT Beer Trail will also be taking the opportunity to thank some of the volunteer staff that keep the project going. Should be a great night for all!

Great beer, great food, a few different ride choices, plus a ton of fellow cyclists and beer lovers to sample a pint with afterwards. Should be awesome!

UPDATE 9/13/11-
Less than a week to go! Long term weather forecast looks good. That means good times on the patio! Below are some handy bullet-points that should help answer all your questions about the awesomeness that will soon be upon us! 

* MUSIC! - "The Clams" will be adding their musical talents to this event. Check it!

* ROUTES! - Here's the loop for the D/Casual Riders. This ride will start at 5:30 and leave from the Middletown Pedal Power parking lot. Pretty flat route, decent amount of turns though, so print a cue sheet using the link below.

The other routes (A/B/C) will be our regular Monday night loops and will be announced Monday. These rides will be departing the shop at 5pm sharp.

* BIKE PARKING! - Bike parking will be available inside the shop post ride if you don't feel comfortable leaving your bike locked up outside Eli's or on your rack.
