IPA Fondue

A three-cheese fondue melted with Bluepoint Hoptical Illusion. Served with honey IPA croutons, tots, apples, and green fries.

Organic Mesclun Salad
Organic mixed greens tossed in an IPA vinaigrette dressing, mixed with grape tomatoes, red onion, and feta, served in a filo cup.

Assorted Cheeses
A variety of different cheeses and breads. Maytag blue cheese, smoked mozzarella, and Vermont cheddar. Breads supplied by Hartford Baking Company.

Smoked Chicken Salad
Smoked, grilled chicken tossed in a light mayo dressing mixed with red peppers, green peppers, onion, celery, and carrots. Served on a white Belgian endive.

Chicken and Apple Sausage Sliders
House-made chicken sausage mixed with spices and apples. Served in a toasted slider roll and topped with a honey IPA mustard.

Sweet n' Sour Meatballs
A combination of beef, chicken, and pork rolled into one delicious meatball. Topped with a sweet and slightly tangy bourbon glaze.

IPA Cookies
A bite size cookie made with Bluepoint Hoptical Illusion. Dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Beer Spice Cake
A slice of beer spice cake served with a bourbon cream and garnished with powdered sugar.
