Event Description

The Underground Brewers of Connecticut will host the 23rd Southern New England Regional Homebrew Competition (SNERHC 2012) on October 7 in Newtown, CT.

SNERHC 2012 is a BJCP-sanctioned competition accepting entries in all categories of beer, mead, and cider. Complete rules and info may be found at http://www.undergroundbrewers.org/snerhc/n...ERHC_Notice.pdf

We invite you to register your entries now at http://snerhc.brewcompetition.com. We also invite you to volunteer as a judge or steward if you live in the area.

Comment by Paul Hayslett on October 8, 2012 at 9:54am: A huge, huge thank you to all of the CT Beer Trail members who came out and supported us at SNERHC yesterday. We had a fantastic turnout and we needed everyone. Through great teamwork, we managed to judge nearly twice as many beers as we ever had before, yet we were cleaned up and out of the hall within a half hour of last year's time. Thank you all!
