I'm starting to get a little bored of Crazy Bruce's bottle selection, and may have to start traveling a bit further to satisfy my new brew Thursday obsession. So where do I go? Who has the best craft beer selection in CT? Where's your go-to package store and Why? Anyone know of anywhere to fill growlers other than the breweries?
You guys have given a lot of great suggestions! Here's a map and list of what's been said so far.

They have plenty of craft bottles from the US and abroad, tons of which are available as singles. They don't do growler fills, but I know kegs are available for a number of brews.
Permalink Reply by Brian Dei Dolori on August 14, 2012 at 1:45pm Manchester W&L, Total W&S in Milford, and Glenro Spirit in Monroe are great for craft beer and have single bottle selections. Also North East W&S if you're out east, in plainfield and dayville, are great.
Permalink Reply by Brian Smith on August 14, 2012 at 1:51pm Harvest in West Hatford! Ian knows his product and carries an outstanding selection (IMHO).
Permalink Reply by Mike Patient on August 14, 2012 at 2:47pm Amity Liquor in Hew Haven has a huge selection, same with Wallingford Wine & Spirit. I have to give a shout out to Willowbrook Siprit Shoppe, and Damon Flowers who does a GREAT job staying on top of the beer selection and providing the store with keeping the beer selection up to date with what is coming out.

Permalink Reply by Kate Eber on August 14, 2012 at 9:02pm I work at Wallingford Wine and Liquor, and we have some of the best beer selection in the area. I never have a problem finding something interesting, and we've got a pretty awesome selection of bombers. Not to throw in a shameless plug, but we've got a whole aisle of craft and international beers. We're also able to get a lot of special-order stuff - a lot of our customers buy logs of craft beer for kegerators and the like.
Also, our friendly cashiers are not to be missed.

Been there every month for the past two years. Luckily I live a few towns away.Absolutely the best selection in CT. There may be better selections in the Boston area, but no one is even close in CT
Knowledgeable staff, willing to special order and hold items. The best part is they promote selling singles. I usually mix 2 or 3 six packs. Great selection of bombers, and imports. Everything brewed in CT is sold here. They also have an email membership club, just ask the cashier to sign you up.
Convenient, close to I84 and Buckland Hills Mall.
Permalink Reply by Tony Leone on August 15, 2012 at 10:44am Southington Wine and Spirits... in well, Southington... and Mountview Wines and Liquors in Naugatuck. Both have been great places that have solid selection of new arrivals, seasonals, bombers, and international fare. Ask for Murph in Southington.
