How do we get more Brew Pubs,Bars and Restaurants in CT involved with the AHA and the pub program they offer with membership?
Only 3 places in Connecticut participate they can be found here www.homebrewersassociation.org. That's 3 out of how many in CT?
I see many pubs becoming members here on CTBEERTRAIL.NET that are not members of the AHA Pub Program and my question to you is simple ....WHY?
As a home-brewer/Craft Beer Lover when I go out on the town beer factors in on my decision for where to go. Homebrewing has and always will play a major role in the craft brew industry and many club meetings take place at pubs that are not involved. If you frequent a brew pub ask them to participate and let us know what they say maybe they don't know about it?
A new place called MiKro in Hamden I never knew was there but now I will make a point to stop in for a pint or two.
Just a sober thought I had :)...( it happens now and then)

I agree.
There are many pubs not aware of how it works or that it exists at all. Just click the link click here for more info. It would be nice for some of the pub owners to ring in on their thoughts here. There must be a reason participation is so low in CT.
