Hey Everyone,
I just joined the website and its great to find an organization like this that supports beer here in Connecticut.
Anywho, I've been brewing beer in the Mr. Beer Kits for a number of years now and each year (batch) I get better and better at it. (According to family and friends)
So what do you all think of the Mr. Beer Kits? Eventually I'll go to a more advanced kit but I'm not ready for it yet haha.
Have a nice day.

Permalink Reply by Kate Eber on September 2, 2012 at 1:56pm I use a Mr. Beer kit, but I tend to make my own recipes. The one problem I find with the Mr. Beer kit is that it's hard to revise a recipe because theirs are so...rigid. I've done it a couple times and they turn out okay, just not what I had hoped. That being said, I like how easy the Mr. Beer kits make homebrewing. It's an awesome start up kit.

Plenty of great shops around the state to choose from. Lots of smart folks who can assist you.
