10 hour nightmare!
Why is that?  Sorry to hear.
Ended up doing a 15 gallon batch with 2 buddies. I think the roasted malts crushed to powder, coupled with all that flaked stuff. Didn't have any rice hulls. RIMS mash was a freaking nightmare. Sparge was slow. Did get 85% efficiency though!
