Homebrew Competitions in the CT area?

There's usually a competition held in the fall by the YAHOOs:

Are you looking to judge at a comp or just enter beers?  If you're interested in entering beers then there's no need to actually attend the competition.  In fact, most competitions do not encourage the presence of those that have submitted entries unless they are stewarding or judging as they are an additional liability.

 

Most competitions have instructions for a drop off location or for shipping your entries to the competition organizer.

Yeah, I'm good with the drop-off.  I just don't see any coming up in the CT area at all during my search today on the webs.  I'm not quite there yet to be able to judge, a few more years of drinking good beers and some training is in order first.  I'll check out your links - thank you!

Brew and Wine Hobby is looking to set up a sanctioned event to run 6 months off of the Underground Club's event.  Figured it would add to the dynamic of the state.
