To implement the Governor's budget recommendations.

True or not I am fully aware of the beer Not sold in CT when I buy beer in other states, states that actually sell Ct craft beer!

Comment by Jason Villani on February 21, 2011 at 9:00pm: It seems like we all have a general understanding of what the problem is but it seems like it might take some time to do the work of finding out exactly what the legal and tax barriers are that make this so. I never got a response back from the Avery rep as to if it were up to him what he would like to see CT do as far as making it easier to bring in out of state craft beer. I do hope with this new legislation that it does open up the conversation with the legislators.
