Well Thursday was another stellar meeting! We had a few new faces and lots of great Brews! Some were better than any pro brew.

We really are melding into a great new brew club. We even officially have bylaws now

Anyone coming to the 7th Annual Team Jenifer Beer Tasting Event tonight in Cheshire?  It has been a fun event in the past and supports charity.

When is the next meeting?

It should be April 26. We meet the last Thursday of each month. Last month we met a week early because some folks couldn't make the normal meeting time.

My IPA seems to be doing well, ready to start conditioning this weekend.  Meanwhile my Imperial Stout is entering it's 3rd day of active fermentation.

Just a reminder - the next meeting of the Malters is April 26th,  regular place.  One change - we will now be meeting at 7pm and try to wrap up by 9pm.  Hope to have a Highbred Agave Beer to sample.

Meeting at Eli Trading Co. across from Eli Cannon's?

Yes

Unless I drink them between now and our meeting, I'm bringing in a Rye Pale Ale. Made it from a Brewer's Best Kit. It has been bottled for about 2 months now. Down to a 12 pack.
