- Cork & Brew opened it's door in September 2011. Customers can buy beer & wine making supplies as well as brew their own brew, wine or soda on premise. This is the first on premise brewing destination in CT. Cork & Brew specialists will help you walk through the process, ensure proper sanitation & we clean up the mess. You'll leave Cork & Brew with 2 1/2 cases of your own vintage brew or 30 bottles of your own unique wine. Plus, you can create a customized label to add to your beer or wine bottle to make the entire experience even more awesome!
