Beer Review: New England Brewing Co. Imperial Stout Trooper

Really have to hand it to New England Brewing Co. this brew is the bomb. Once you pour this black beast of a brew out from it's glorious bottle and into a glass, it's like spilling the nectar of the gods. A thick black oil comes out from the bottle, and you begin to ask yourself if this thing is even going to be able to produce a decent head. I have been a Connecticut Home Brewer since 2007. I enjoy creating new and innovative beers, and am in the process of starting a Homebrew club called "Cascade Kings of the Gold Coast." I enjoy attending craft beer festivals as well as Home Brew competitions.
Cascade Kings of the Gold Coast is a friend and family oriented Home brewing Club, located in Fairfield County Connecticut. The Cascade Kings are dedicated to sharing techniques, presenting new ideas, and of course brewing delicious homebrew. The only requirements of membership are that you love beer. Meeting times and locations will be presented at a later date.
