With St. Patrick’s Day approaching, I’m wondering how enthusiasts feel about green beer. Is it a colorful commemoration of the Irish in all of us, or beer blasphemy? I’d imagine depraved consumption of dyed suds could be sacrilege in the eyes of some who hold a deep respect for the art of brewing.
