Hartford's Best and the CT Beer Trail

The results are in for the Hartford Advocates "Best of Hartford" reader poll and a number of CT Beer Trail destinations are listed among the top local favorites.

The poll covered a wide variety of businesses and categories, including 'Best Microbrew' in which Thomas Hooker Brewing Company, Olde Burnside Brewing Company, and City Steam Brewery Cafe rose to the top in the hearts and minds of area beer fans.

Another area of interest to beer fans was the 'Best Brew Bar' category, which featured City Steam Brewery Cafe, Cambridge House Brew Pub, and Willimantic Brewing Company in the top three.

If your looking for variety and diversity in your beer options, consider the 'Best Beer Selection in Bottles' category in which our friends at Plan B in West Hartford came on top.  In the 'Best Beer Selection on Tap' category Plan B and Eli Cannon's Tap Room were the top two.  Plan B also ranked number two in the 'Best Bar and Grill' category.
