The Skinny: Just as they always do, the amazing folks at Coalhouse Pizza in Stamford have an event packed month planned for everyone. From giveaways to tastings and flight nights, almost every day of the month offers a different Craft Beer event!
Add all of this to their always amazing menu and the great vibe (Detailed in my earlier post HERE) and Coalhouse Pizza is a must visit for any craft beer fan.

Yes I am in Stamford, been to Bar Q a couple of times, as a matter of fact going again Monday night with the local BEER meetup group.I am also looking forward to Plan B.
From what I was told the work at Coalhouse should be done by fall, possibly as early as September.

Ah, seems like you got the inside info. That will be nice for sure. Any idea on a timeframe? Fall?, Winter? Are you based down in the Stamford area as well? If so have you been to BarQ? Solid selection but expensive. Looking forward to Plan B Stamford opening (Two weeks from tmrw!)

The expansion is true, they are putting a doorway sort of behind where the soda cooler is and taking over the former music store next door.

Coalhouse is quite awesome. I love how active their event calender is. Always sooo much going on. A couple of months back I heard a rumor from a usually reliable source that they would be adding another (larger) location! Let me check back with them. Will let you know

Always a good time at Coalhouse, although it does get crowded on special event nights.
