With the spring thaw, come on down and grab your ingredients for brew days. A couple weekends ago I was able to get together with Bryon Turner (our host here!) and brew courtesy of his garage. The sub-artic "Hothlike" conditions have made those of us who do our brewing outside all cooped up and itching to brew. This is the perfect season to go fill the propane tanks, get the ingredients, break out a recipe, and get together with some friends and get your brew-day going!
Need any help with a recipe- let us know! We love to help craft your individual ale or lager.
On the wine side of the house, we have a small number of limited release wines that turn out fabulous!
