I am in full agreement i was trying to say just because its different don't mean its not good.  I also prime most of my kegs. I have a video soon to be posted on Keg priming and cutting 1/4" off  the pickup tube to reduce sediment.

Also my dad is Mr. LeBlanc you can call me John :)

Cheers

Well said.

I will take exception to the Kegging and forced carb vs bottling.  Being a recent convert to kegging I noticed tried and true recipes ( like 3yrs & 45+gals of each) they were different  (not awful, just "off") from the bottle conditioned versions.  I'm moving now to naturally carbing in the keg to remedy this.

Other than that, you hit. Time, ease and if done right can rival AG, albiet mouthfeel is tuff to replicate dead on and SRMs can be harder to adjust but that is a bit trivial to me as long as it tastes good.

Again Mr. LeBlanc, thanks for for putting this out here.
